Local hiking trails available at Foy’s to Blacktail. Whether it’s a family on a walk, single-track mountain bikers, horseback riders or kids learning about nature, folks of all ages regularly enjoy the Foy’s to Blacktail Trails. Two trailheads are located off of Blacktail Road. One trailhead is about ½ way up, the other is at the top.

Legacy Bike Park is the premier mountain bike park located two miles south of Lakeside. Day and Punch Pack passes available on their website.

Part of the Flathead National Forest, there are three trailheads to access the Blacktail OHV (Off-Highway Vehicle) system. The 10 mile Blacktail Wild Bill OHV trail system has three legs. The trail is open for the following uses: 3 or 4 wheeled vehicles, 2 wheeled vehicles, mountain biking, horseback riding, and hiking.  Lakeside Off Road is a provider of side-by-side rentals in Lakeside.
